City of Newaygo

An American City with a Riverstop

Snuggled along the banks of the beautiful Muskegon River, Newaygo is a wonderful community to visit and place to live. Full of rich history (tightly connected to the logging era of the 1800’s), a walk downtown is like a trip into the past. Our many riverfront parks capture the treasure and exictement of nature for all to enjoy. While we are proud of our heritage we anxiously look forward to our future growth and development as well. Take a look for yourself. Newaygo is a place for fun, for family and for living.
